Succesful training session
My first session back in the gym after a week sick leave went well, I manged to do two good hours of juggling, so I am much happier than I was a few hours ago.
My next mission today is to work on getting my site up the serps for fire performers and wedding entertainers this involves lots of very dull link building, still its got to be done so there is no point complaining.

Back in training
After a week off through being ill with food poisoning I am heading of to the gym to get back into training. I have just paid all my fire performers for all their hard work over the last month and now its time to get out of the office.
My next major admin work is to get more work for the wedding entertainers in my crew by targeting brides to be via google and wedding fairs.
I'm going to stop writing this blog now as if I'm honest I am just putting off going to the gym because I know it will hurt after a week off!!!!
