Very tired arms

Part of my ongoing training regime is weights, the idea is to bulk up a bit and well as getting more toned and hopefully protecting myself from injuries.
Unfortunately I did a little bit to much yesterday and know my arms are very very tired!
I definitely need to learn not to try and lift to much weights in one go as its counter productive and hurts the next day.
So tomorrow I am going to concentrate on marketing got my crew of fire performers fore hire and not try to lift any weights.
I have found an interesting web tool which is a great backlink counter, the reason I like it so much is because it not only counts back links, it also gives the anchor text and whether or not it is a nofollow link. All you do is put in your web address's and then wait............be patient it takes a while.
